Implementing a Multi-Tiered Model

There are several key features of implementing multi-tiered models. These features include establishing commitment, establishing a team, conducting an audit, establishing information systems, developing an action plan, implementing the plan, and using the data to revise the action plan.

Implementation of the multi-tiered model provides for three layers of support:

• Universal Level
  
• Secondary Level
