Blending Initiaitves

The figure below illustrates a function of the building leadership team in blending multiple state/district initiaitves. These initiatives need to be combined together in a straightforward and uncomplicated manner so that educators can effectively achieve successful student outcomes. Although the many initiatives share a common outcome around student success, staff may have difficulty understanding the connections or balancing the demands associated to the initiatives. One tool to help in blending initiaitves is the Committee Audit Worksheet.
