MiBLSi Application Process

Michigan’s Integrated Behavior and Learning Supports Initiative (MiBLSi) is seeking to partner with Intermediate School Districts/Regional Educational Service Agencies (ISDs/RESAs) in the development of local capacity to implement and scale-up an integrated reading and behavior Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).

The application can be downloaded below.  Completed applications must be submitted online by March 11, 2013 (the link for online submission will be available February 20).

March 11, 2013   Applications are due- submitted online by 5:00PM

March 22, 2013  

Applicants are notified as potential partner with MiBLSi for technical assistance and professional development


April/May 2013  

There will be a minimum of two initial meetings with potential partners who were accepted and MiBLSi staff. The purpose of these meetings is to clarify the work and expectations specific to MiBLSi and to each ISD/RESA. These meetings will ensure a good “fit” for the partnership and allow for mutual selection. Dates and times will be determined.
